Mimdich operates like a social network which offers its users a variety of tools to interact in our community. The entrance and use of this network is free to all of its users. In our online register you are asked to provide us with information such as your name, e-mail address, gender, birth date and any other details. This data will be available to be modified, corrected or edited any time you need to do so (apart from the gender), in the configuration and complete my profile sections, within “my bedroom”. You will be able to add any additional information in your webpage, such as level of studies, job, sexual orientation etc on the “complete profile” section that you will find in your bedroom. On using this site, we shall trace certain information such as your IP and e-mail address. Many sites compile this information with analytical purposes. It will be your own responsibility whether or not to divulgate any personal such as e-mail addresses, telephone numbers or any other type of information through the different type of tools available on mimdich. A cookie is a part of the information stored in a user’s computer which constitutes a part of his/her personal information. In mimdich users have different options to modify or delete information from our data bases:
I. Send a message to the customer service department.
II. Access one’s page with one’s personal password and modify or delete the profile.
These options are available from the contact menu displayed in most pages and in user’s “Settings” section within his/her personal room.
To invite a friend
In the site, users have an option called “invite a friend to our site”. In order to do so, we shall require the e-mail address of the user’s friend. Mimdich will automatically send an email to the friend inviting him/her to join the group. It will store that information to associate it automatically to the user who has sent the e-mail and to send reminds of the invitation.
Mimdich will not use user friend’s e-mail addresses for any other purpose than sending invitations or reminds to join the community. User’s friends may contact mimdich to require his e-mail address being deleted from our data base.
Add contacts
The procedure to be followed in this case is exactly the same than to invite a friend, so that the use that can be made of the information of new contacts will be the same than that of inviting a new friend.
